Our On-the-Day Coordination packages are your ticket to a seamless, stress-free celebration. With years of experience, our team of wedding coordinators steps in when it matters most, handling logistics, managing vendors, and keeping things on track from dawn until the last dance. We’ll meet with you one to two times, four to eight weeks before your big day to discuss your vision and layout, ensuring every detail flows perfectly. For those choosing a full-day package, we even include a venue walkthrough AND a second coordinator to leave no stone unturned.
Once we take over, we’ll create personalised run sheets and floor plans, liaising with vendors to make sure everyone’s working off the same plan. From managing time to placing menus and place cards to handling any last-minute surprises, we’re on top of it all - even those crucial coffee runs for the bridal party! Choose from six tailored packages based on the hours we are required. Whatever your needs, we’re here to make sure your hard work pays off and your day unfolds just as you imagined.
